Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+ introduced to the world

On 8th August, the world is introduced to the latest family members in the Galaxy Note family – the Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 10+. Following the theme from the Galaxy S10 series, Samsung is launching the new Note for the first time in two sizes.

The Galaxy Note 10 is the smaller one, and it is the one with lesser features. It comes with a 6.3″ Dynamic AMOLED QHD+ HDR10+ screen, the Samsung Exynos 9825 chipset, 8GBs of RAM, up to 256GB of UFS 3.0 internal memory and a 3500mAh battery.

Meanwhile the Galaxy Note 10+ is the bigger brother, and it has everything plus the kitchen sink. Inside you get a 6.8″ Dynamic AMOLED QHD+ HDR10+ (larger than the Note 10), the same Exynos 9825 processor, 12GB of RAM, up to 512GB of UFS 3.0 internal memory and a 4300mAh battery. Additionally, it has microSD support where the Note 10 lacks.

The two phones share the same triple-camera setup taken from the Galaxy S10. There is a main 16MP f/1.5 + f/2.4 sensor, a 12M f/2.2 Wide Angle camera, a 12MP sensor with f/2.1 covering the 2x optical zoom and 10MP selfie camera in the front. The Note 10+ comes additionally with a Time of Flight (ToF) sensor for extra depth info for 3D images.

Design wise, the phones features minimal bezel when compared to the Note 9, so users can enjoy their content to the fullest on screen. Samsung’s O-camera is here instead of a notch, and it does look good when compared to other solutions for selfie cameras. Fingerprint biometrics is handled by an under-screen optical scanner on the front.

Samsung will be selling the phone here in Malaysia for RM 3699 for the 256GB version of the Note 10, while the Note 10+ will be available in two models (256GB and 512GB), priced at RM 4199 and RM 4799 respectively. The preorder is happening now at this link, and users are expected to receive the phones from 22 August on-wards.
